Superintendent of Police Omar Virk said that the Crime Investigation Agency had arrested the suspect identified as Qari Omar Arbab in Lahore."The suspect belongs to the Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and works for the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan. Explosive materials were recovered from him," Virk said.
