Sri Lanka bowler Chaminda Vaas has denied reports of his retirement from test cricket after the chief cricket selector had said earlier the paceman had indicated he wanted to quit the longer form of the game to focus on one day cricket. However, Vaas responded to the news of his retirement by telling the cricket website crinfo.com that he had not made "any such decision yet".The controversy was created after chief cricket selector Asantha De Mel was quoted earlier in the day by Daily Mirror Online as saying Vaas had indicated he wanted to retire from Test cricket.
