21 Uni students released

Twenty one university students who were arrested for protesting within the University Grants Commission premises were given bail by the Colombo High Court today. The students were advised not to take part in any political activities but continue with their education.
The students were released on a personal bail of Rs.25,000 each. The students were arrested on October 14th for forcibly entering the Higher Education Ministry and damaging state property. (TFT) Source by: daily mirror
