Host Sri Lanka defeated Malaysia 31- 7 in shield semis of the Carlton Internatioanl Rugby 7s at Sugathadasa Stadium. Scorers were Radika Hettiarachchi one try, Srinath Sooryabandara and Chanaka Chandimal two tries each. Radika conversted 2 and Dilan converted one. Will meet the UAE in Shield finals at 4.50pm today.
