Further Thunmulla Junction, Gregory’s Road, Horton Place and Ward place are also inundated.The Police Department has also advised the Public to use Public Transport when traveling in Colombo to avoid traffic congestion as most junctions in Colombo are under water due to heavy torrential rains.
