Parliament flooded, speaker to make assessment

The ground floor of the Parliament is under 1 foot of water, parliamentary sources told Ada Derana. After the party leaders meeting at 12 noon the speaker is scheduled to make an assessment and announce whether parliament would convene or not. Source by: ada derana
