Postcard from Sri Lanka: After the War - New Yorker

In the magazine this week, Jon Lee Anderson writes about Sri Lanka following its decades-long civil war, and explains the history of ethnic conflict between the Sinhalese and the Tamil people. Here the photographer Patrick Brown documents the aftermath in the northern part of the country and looks at how people are getting on with their lives.
