President Mahinda Rajapaksa met the 15 – member Sri Lanka squad for the upcoming ICC-World Cup at temple Trees Saturday. The World Cup is being jointly hosted by Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh and 12 matches will be played at Kettarama in Colombo, Pallekele in the central hill Kandy and the new venue Suriyawewa at Hambantota.Sports Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Secretary of Ministry of Sports Udaya Ranjith, SLC Chairman D.S. de Silva and committee members were also present at the event.
