Sri Lanka says Norway out of peace talks after Oslo embassy attack

Esala Ruwan Weerakoon, Sri Lanka`s ambassador in Norway, overlooks damages inside the embassy in Oslo on Sunday.

Sri Lanka Monday lodged a strong protest with Norway over the attack, and said the authorities had failed in their obligation to protect the compound.
